Refund policy
Please note that due to their delicate nature, there are no refunds for all products. Unless the product description has misrepresented the piece. Our raw crystals come all natural, so fractures may occur during handling, but we do make sure that we wrap the most fragile pieces carefully to make their journey safest we can.
If your products arrived damaged, please send us a e-mail : info@theeartha.com or reach out through our contact form and we will be more than happy to sort it all out for you. In case we agree upon returning of your product, the product must be shipped back within 7 days from the arrival of your order, and the customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Meanwhile, we must be provided with the tracking number. Please note that we will not be able to process any returns if the time range is not followed.
