Hong Kong Orders

We offer Free Shipping on all Hong Kong parcels over HKD$1000 , orders usually come within 3 business days. The shipping cost is subject to the weight of order under HKD$1000.

International Orders

The shipping free for International parcels is HKD$450 for orders weighing less than 2kg. An extra charge will be applied if the order exceeds 2kg. It takes around 10-14 business days depends on the location.

The Eartha is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments, nor for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally.Please contact your local customs office if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. To comply with export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered, and to mark them as dutiable merchandise.
